Welcome to Love Capture Content. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline what you can expect from us and what we require from you. These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for both parties.

1. About Us

Love Capture Content provides wedding and event content creation services across East Anglia, including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Peterborough.
All content is captured on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, designed to provide natural, candid, and social-media–ready coverage of your special day.

Please note: this is not professional videography. Love Capture Content specialises in social content creation — authentic, behind-the-scenes moments for couples and brands who want instant, shareable footage rather than a cinematic film.

2. Booking & Payment
 • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
 • The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
 • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided.
 • Payments can be made by bank transfer (details provided upon booking).

If payment is not received by the due date, Love Capture Content reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the date.

3. Coverage & Deliverables
 • Coverage includes full-day or half-day event capture, depending on the agreed package.
 • All content is captured on iPhone 16 Pro Max for authentic, in-the-moment footage.
 • For weddings:
 • A short trailer will be delivered within 24 hours of your wedding day.
 • The remaining footage will be delivered within 72 hours (3 days).
 • Deliverables include short-form videos, clips, and highlight footage — suitable for sharing on social media platforms.

All files are provided via a private online folder link for you to view and download.

4. What’s Not Included

Love Capture Content does not offer traditional or cinematic videography services.
Our work focuses on social-first storytelling, not long-form edited videos or full professional audio recording.

We work harmoniously alongside photographers and videographers but are a separate creative service capturing candid, phone-based content.

5. Cancellations & Postponements
 • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 • If you need to postpone, your booking may be moved to a new date (subject to availability).
 • If the new date is unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited.
 • In the unlikely event that Love Capture Content must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments (including the deposit) will be refunded in full, or a replacement creator may be arranged where possible.

6. Travel & Locations
 • Travel within East Anglia (Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Peterborough) is included in all standard packages.
 • For destinations outside this area, travel costs or accommodation (if required) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

7. Rights & Usage

All footage captured by Love Capture Content remains the joint property of both the content creator and the client.
 • Client rights: You may download, share, and use the delivered content freely for personal or social media use.
 • Creator rights: Love Capture Content retains the right to use selected footage and imagery for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

By booking, you grant permission for content from your event to be shared on Love Capture Content’s platforms unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event date.

8. Delivery & Storage

Your finished content will be shared via a secure online folder.
It is your responsibility to download and back up all files upon receipt. Love Capture Content cannot guarantee long-term storage of footage beyond 14 days after delivery.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to capture your day beautifully, Love Capture Content cannot be held liable for:
 • Missed moments due to weather, guest interference, or restricted access.
 • Equipment failure, loss, or damage beyond our control.
 • Venue or third-party restrictions on filming.

In the unlikely event of complete failure to deliver any content, Love Capture Content’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Force Majeure

If the event cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., illness, extreme weather, venue closure, transport disruption), Love Capture Content will offer to reschedule where possible or refund payments made (excluding the deposit).

11. Data Protection

Your contact details and booking information are stored securely and used solely for communication and service delivery. We comply with UK GDPR and never share your data with third parties.
